New do!

Madison has got the thinnest hair on the planet! Caitie has been growing her bangs out for a while and wants to keep her hair long. Andy and I both agreed to grow out Maddie's bangs while we were at it and get it over with right away. However, we were letting the rest of her hair grow long too and although her puney little pony tail was real cute, her hair was looking so scraggly and messy since it's so thin, I decided to get it cut.

I used to cut the girls' hair myself since it was just straight simple. While the girls were having their bath last night I asked Maddie if she wanted me to cut her hair and she outright said YES! So I began and after an hour of begging and pleading for her to stay still (this also reminding me why I stopped doing it myself), I finally finished and couldn't get over how absolutely adorable she looked! Her bangs are now grown out and her hair is all one length!

I got her to say cheese for the camera quickly this morning! We're also loving the fact that the yard is now green and no longer white and the warm weather is finally arriving! The girls are loving that they get to play on their swings all the time after school. Caitlin is a champ at swinging herself this year however, Madison is still at the yelling "higher" stage!
