A quick update from my last post, I saw my doctor last week and went over the results of my MRI finally! It turns out there wasn't any sign of MS which is great news! They do want me to do another scan in six months time to follow up, however, according to some blood work I had done in late July, it turns out the whole numbness thing all over the body could be the result of a Vitamin B12 deficiency! The hand numbness is still there though, and will be until my surgery. In the mean time, I'm starting to get injections of the B12 to see if that could be the culprit. Thank you so much for all your words of encouragement and thoughts and prayers! It's so scary when you're given a health scare!
So, last Friday, I took the girls out of school early for a much anticipated road trip! My cousin in Ottawa gave birth to her first little baby girl a few weeks ago and we could not wait any longer to see her! When I was thinking of a day to go, I received an email from one of my many mailing lists that The Wiggles were going to be in Ottawa. We hardly get any kid shows in Montreal since everything is in French, but I keep my eye out for when things come up not too far away, such as Ottawa. I immediately booked the tickets for the afternoon show and set the date!
The girls and my Oma were super super excited since they've been anxiously awaiting meeting baby Dalia, and throw taking them out of school and daycare early to go and see The Wiggles....let's just say mom was the coolest that day!!
Here are a bunch of pics from our very exciting and jam packed day!

Another flashback from the show, she was so little!!
and one from this year (self taken with my outstretched arm, I apparently couldn't reach out long enough to get Maddie in it! Mind you, she wasn't into participating in it anyhow!)
The girls!
Just a tidbit of info, in my family, growing up, it was always my sister and I with my cousin Sonia, then my sister had her three girls, I had my two, and now my cousin has hers! We just don't make boys around here! I'm so excited she had a little girl too!
