Soccer girl(s)

Things have been VERY hectic in my world lately so I am so behind on my updates. For starters, Caitlin started soccer this summer, for real this time. She tried it last year and she wouldn't have anything to do with it. This year, loves it! She even laced one on a team mate last game!

Andy comes home and says, she punched someone today, I was like what! He said, yeah, some girl pushed her out of the way and next time she was near her, Caitlin got her revenge! Man, don't mess with my little baby girl! These girls are pretty tough though, I must say. I'm quite surprised for their age, but they are catching on fast. It did take a few weeks for them to learn that scoring is much better for them if they do it on the other team's side but it's sweet to watch them and I'm really glad she likes it, although it's kind of a pain twice a week but it's becomming a family outing since Maddie wants to go all the time and insists we all go.

I was feeling a little bad about Madison always being dragged to all of Caitie's activities and waiting around, but apparently she loves soccer too. There's actually a girl on Caitlin's team named Madison and the last time the coach yelled her name for her to get the ball, out goes my little Maddie running on the field ready to go, too cute! We tried having Andy bring Caitie alone once and I took Maddie out on the bike and the whole time she kept asking me where's Daddy and when I told her him and Caitie were at soccer, she kept saying me go soccer too Mommy, and when we make plans to go out in the evenings, she's the first to scream soccer! Who knew, and all of this happening to moi, the soooo not soccer mom!
