I'm alive! Thank you for the well wishes! I'm back on the computer today and typing with one finger on the left hand, what a challenge! I had surgery on Friday on my right hand for severe carpal tunnel, I won't get into the details but let's just say I don't freeze easily... so it was quite the experience! I would say one that I don't wish to experience again but I am going in to have the left hand done at the end of April. I'll just have to make sure I'm frozen to the hilt then!
I also had the flu for the past week, so that didn't help either! I don't remember ever having this nasty bug in my life and wouldn't this be the first year we didn't get vaccinated and wammy! I'll make sure to never miss that vaccine again, that's for sure! We really take our health for granted and I'm seriosly looking forward to getting past all of this and getting back to living again! My poor hubby has been so amazing, taking care of the house and girls in my "absence", thank you baby, the girls and I love you so much!
On a happier note, I have some pictures to post from Valentine's. The girls got dressed up for school that day, Caitlin was allowed to wear a red top with her uniform. Maddie helped me make a cake the next day while Andy was gone to a play with Caitie that her violin teacher was performing in (which they both loved!). It was the first time I let her use the mixer and she was so happy and I was cringing anticipating the mess, but she did a great job!

I am glad that you made it through surgery. I am sure it was rough since you had the flu too. I hope you are back to your old self in no time and with no carpal tunnel!

So glad to hear you are on the mend from your surgery......so sorry you caught the stomach bug. I had it last week and Sarah got it yesterday......YUCK!!
