Speaking of birthdays, I never posted anything for our grandmothers special events recently, well maybe not so recently, but I finally am now!
My Oma turned 90 years young last year and Andy's grandmother did this summer, this would explain our trip out west this summer to visit her. She hadn't ever met Maddie and for that matter, not really Caitlin either since the last time she had seen her was at my BIL's wedding when she was only one. I'll save those trip pics for another post. However my Oma just turned 91 last month and we were happy to celebrate that with her too!
I'm so glad that the girls get to enjoy their great grandmothers and feel so fortunate and blessed to have them in our lives.

It is great that your kids have two great-grandmothers. My husband's grandmother is 97 and we go to her birthday party every year.
