We've been keeping so busy these days it feels like we're always running in circles and just when we start to get caught up the running keeps on going!
Well, as I admitted to Lisa, we finally got our xmas lights taken down in time for the Easter Bunny's arrival (yes, we were those neighbors this year!). I did a little bit of accessorizing in the house and I'm getting ready for our easter egg hunt with the girlies on Sunday morning. I think I actually enjoy it as much as them! I get so excited placing all the eggs the night before because I love how excited they are finding them (and of course the sooner the find them all, the sooner they eat them all, the sooner the sugar rush will come to an end!)!
Once again, I spent a late night preparing cupcakes for a bake sale at the daycare the other day and I'll be up really early making cookies for the girls to bring with them in the morning!
Tomorrow night will be busy too...we've got an open house to go to after work for the camp we are looking at for Caitie this summer and then we'll be going to the "last supper" mass before bedtime. Should make for a busy night with a nice ending.
The kitchen saga continues with the cabinets STILL not completed...so I hope to post some before and after pics shortly, I'm just waiting for the finished product!
Spring is trying desperately to arrive if only the snow would ever stop!!
I'll be making my first turkey this weekend in my new oven, woohoo, can't wait! I actually hate cooking turkey but this year I'm looking forward to it!
Hope you all have a great Easter weekend and enjoy all of your many blessings!
I got a little creative with the food coloring!Andy actually tried to buy one at the daycare since I wouldn't let him take any and they were all gone!
I got a lot of daffodils this year!
