Well it's been a pretty stressfull past few weeks. We got the bad news last week that Andy's mom (Joyce) was being rushed to the hospital for what they thought was a stroke, later to find out that she was having seizures. After a quick cat scan followed by an MRI the next morning we were informed that these nine seizures were due to two brain tumours on each side of the brain and possibly more. The breast cancer has now spread to her brain...
Today, after meeting with her doctor, we were informed that it is stage four cancer and terminal...
We are truly devastated, as is she, and trying deperately to come to terms with the reality of this. I find myself continuously repeating the word why? Why are such things in life so unfair?
